FAQ
What is required to book a session?
All sessions require a 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve your date. Your session is not booked until both are received.
When do I pay my remaining balance?
Before or on the day of the session date, the remaining 50% balance is due.
What if there is rain on the day of our session?
If we are unable to complete your session due to weather, we will definitely reschedule! I usually wait until 3-4 hours before a session to reschedule due to rain. The weather in Florida is very unpredictable and the forecast changes constantly (even throughout the day). I’ve seen many stormy afternoons turn into gorgeous sunsets! I’ve also seen storms come out of nowhere. I ask my clients to be both flexible and understanding when it comes to the weather as I do my best to navigate it!
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
The couples sessions have a 3-4 week turnaround time, and the family sessions a 4-5 week turnaround time.
If you need your photos sooner, please contact me to see if accommodations can be made for an expedited fee.
What are your travel fees?
For travel within 25 miles from Kissimmee, FL, no extra fee is charged. For locations between 25-50 miles, a travel fee ranging from $25-50 applies. For locations more than 50 miles, a travel fee ranging from $50-100 applies.
